OUR VISION

Founded in 2025, Sand and Summit Vacations is excited to offer newly renovated properties to Sarasota residents and guests. Our aim is to create welcoming, guest-centered environments where people can enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast, and all that Sarasota has to offer. Right now, Sand and Summit Vacations have two vacation homes available on Lido Key, next to St. Armands. We have another project in the works on Siesta Key and hope to continue growing and learning how to better serve the needs of our community. We love what we do, and hope that it shows!

Exactly as described. We had a great time. Single floor living makes for lots of interacting not having to be spread out over multiple floors.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day week stay at this home with seven family members. The property was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing family staycation. We enjoyed the home so much that we barely went to the beach aside from a walk. The pool and tiki hut quickly became our favorite gathering spot for relaxing and spending quality time together.
We live about 25 minutes away on the Manatee River and wanted to stay closer to the gulf, so the location was perfect. Being within walking distance to St. Armands Circle was another huge plus. We loved being able to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner whenever we wanted.
With a larger group, we mostly cooked and grilled at the house, which made things easy. The home felt fresh, clean, and beautifully updated. We especially appreciated the separate living and bedroom area, which would be ideal for grandparents or anyone wanting a quieter space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property.
